What should I do if I received the wrong item?Updated 6 months ago

Please write to us at [email protected] with the details of your order number, item name, and images of the received item.  

Note that the item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same brand-new condition ( with shrink wrap on) as when you received it to be eligible for a refund. An admin/restocking fee may apply.

If we’re at fault, we will cover the cost of return/exchange. In other cases, the buyer pays for the return postage costs.
