Refund & Returns Policy

Please note:
- Change of mind is not an eligible reason for a return or refund
- For Digital Products (Autofix and Online Manuals): eligible returns can be requested within 14 days from the date or purchase
- For Printed Manuals: eligible returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same brand-new condition (shrink wrapped) as it was when you received it to be eligible for a refund.
- Administration and restocking fees may apply
- If we're at fault, we will cover the cost of return and exchange. In other cases, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- We strongly encourage you to review the product details—such as format options (Print or Online) and the vehicle models covered in the manual—before purchasing. If you have any questions about the product’s content or coverage, please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to making your purchase.
