Important Update: Print Manual and Bundle FulfilmentUpdated 15 days ago
We are currently unable to fulfil any printed book orders, for which we would like to apologise to all of our customers. On Friday 27th June, our third-party distribution supplier entered administration and ceased operating, without warning. We are working with urgency to make alternative arrangements, and in the meantime are contacting all customers waiting for a book.
If you placed a printed book order on or after 25th June ( Some orders placed on 24th June may also be affected):
For Bundle orders ( Online manual + Printed manual):
- Keep online manual only: We'll refund the value of the printed manual.
- Do not wish to keep online manual: We'll revoke online access and issue a full refund, including any postage costs.
For Print orders (where an online manual is available):
- Switch to online manual: We'll provide access to the online manual and refund the price difference between the print and digital versions, and include any postage paid.
- Do not wish to switch: We'll issue a full refund, including any postage costs.
For Print orders (where an online manual is not available):
- We'll issue a full refund, including any postage costs.
