How to access my online manual and AutoFix?

Step 1: Create an account

Due to we recently upgraded our website, for orders placed on or before 5th November 2024, you need to create a new account with the email used for your purchase to view order details and access online products.

For orders placed after 5th November 2024, if you have not created your account on Haynes AUS website during the purchase, please also create one here: Sign Up – Haynes Manuals Australia Pty Ltd by using the same email address used for your purchase.

Step 2: Log In to Your Haynes Account

Step 3: Access Your Online Manual

Navigate to the "My Account" section at the top-right corner of the website.
Select "My Online Products" from the left-hand menu. Choose the correct engine variant for your vehicle.
Click "View Online Product" to open and access your manual.

4. If you purchased an Autofix online product, you could select engine variant, then click “View Online Product” to access Autofix online product.

Please note that if you still experience difficulties of accessing online products after you login normally, please try the following methods to resolve it:

Try using a different web browsing app.
Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
Disable any ad blockers that may be active.
Log out, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and then log back in again.
